Pan de Muerto - Day of the Death

Pan de Muerto is a Mexican bread shaped in a round, crisscrossed with bread “bones” and topped with a round knob. Sugarcoated crust and with a taste of orange zest, Pan de Muerto is the signature food of the Day of the Death. It symbolizes a gift to our beloved ones that departed, and a delight for the living.
This traditional bread is available at Paloma’s Bakery only from October to November. Please contact us before you place an order.
Rosca de Reyes - Three King's Cake

The Three King’s cake or Rosca de Reyes is a traditional bread enjoyed in Mexico and Latin America to commemorate the end of the Christmas holiday season.
The signature soft bread, shaped like a ring represents the king’s crown, in combination with a good hot chocolate is the perfect dessert to enjoy in the company of friends and family.
This traditional bread is available at Paloma’s baking only from December to January. Please contact us before you place an order.
